COMMITTEE AND STAFF

 

Barton Kids Club is run by a management committee of parent volunteers, elected at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May.  We are a friendly group who meet one evening each half term to manage and make decisions on the running of the Club.  All committee members are subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and a suitability check from OFSTED.  

Having an effective Committee in place is crucial to the survival of the Club.  We always welcome new members interested in joining the committee, so if you would like to become involved and help support your child's after school Club then do contact us.

 

Kids Club has friendly, experienced and enthusiastic staff in attendance.  All qualified staff have NVQ level 2 or 3 in Play work, Early Years or equivalent and all staff hold valid Paediatric First Aid, Food Safety and Food Allergy Awareness certificates. The staff are all OFSTED and DBS checked and cleared to work with children.

Our Designated Safeguarding Lead is Wendy Fairey, with Jackie Burr as the Deputy.
